On Father’s Day, We realised that most kids these days wish their fathers on social media. And most dads miss out on all this virtual love and appreciation. So, we took all the virtual love and made it real.

Instead of asking people to share their stories, we decided to listen to their stories.

And then, we celebrated their stories.
With a twist.

With #WishWithATwist, we did something very unique. By tapping into various social media conversations on Father’s Day, we took #WishWithATwist LIVE

We tracked a ton of tweets through the Command Center (Black Box) and used that real-time data to our advantage. 

A lot of conversations were happening on social media. Particularly with #FathersDay and #HappyFathersDay.

Using the technology at hand, we listened to each and every one of them.

Constantly for 12 hours, me and 2 others were listening to every single conversation happening on Facebook and Twitter through the Command Center.

Upon identifying the right posts, these were sent to the team at the sound studio. Where those tweets were converted into melodies of different genres, sung by various YouTube singers. 
The audios were slapped on to animated covers that were personalised with the usernames.
All of that, in real time.
These personalised videos were then sent back to the team at the Command Center who uploaded the videos as responses to the posts with a personalised message.

They were tracked again to check the sentiments.
Here’s a summary of the process:
Hashtag Analysis

#WishWithATwist became the No. 2 trend in India on a very busy day for Twitter, #FathersDay was obviously on No. 1.
Trend lasted for nearly 6 hours.
#WishWithATwist trended in Mumbai and other cities as well.

Reach and Impressions:
Around 3,801 Twitteraties contributed to the hashtag, thereby reaching out to
6.4 million people with 41 million+ impressions.

6 teams took 20 minutes for 1 tweet. 
After 12 hours of constant social listening, we achieved 144 personalised tweets.

And most importantly, helped people #WishWithATwist
