My Student Internship Programme was at Bricks World Pte Ltd from June to October 2019. Bricks World is the oldest and largest specialist LEGO retailer in Singapore. The reason why I chose Bricks World was because I felt that it was a good opportunity for me to work at a place where it matched my style, which is fun, quirky and colourful, as it would allow me to further explore and learn more about myself. I was given the opportunity to work at Bricks World and have learned a lot aside from design such as basic marketing strategies and things about the working industry. Through this experience, I was able to do many graphic designs such as posters, online banners, social media posts, etc. I was also given the opportunity to use my photography and videography skills to create content for them. The works I have done within those 4 months are enjoyable and unforgettable as well as the people I have bonded with in the company. Additionally, after October 2019, I continued to do freelance works for them until December 2020.

Christmas Catalog 2020

I was given the opportunity to work on their Christmas Catalog 2020. The works below are some of the last few if not, final drafts that were approved to be in the Catalog and that I am proud of.

Monthly Store Calendars

The main projects that I have done during my internship was the monthly store calendars. After my internship, I was gladly offered to continue helping them to do freelance work for their store calendars and other monthly events.

Double Golden Bricks Posters

This is one of their monthly promotions. This promotion mainly consists of a poster, online banner and social media image. I was also given the task to create a new logo for this promotion and was then used from August onwards.
