The Creative Cloud & The Author

SG Fiction: Using Adobe As An Author
As a science fiction author, I have found using the Adobe Creative Cloud invaluable for the creation or content to promote my author profile online as well as my fiction books.

There is no doubt that the self-published or independent author could really do with learning how to work with such a powerful collection of programmes. From the creation of banners and leaflets to putting together interactive newsletters, the modern day author experience is helped so much by using the Creative Cloud.

I love using the Creative Cloud to make various content for my SG Fiction website. The freedom I get to plan, develop and create graphics and videos is second to none. These are the reasons why I feel the Adobe Creative Cloud is an essential tool for authors and writers and their websites.
Powerful Tools At Your Fingertips

As a Creative Writing Blogger and a Freelance SEO Copywriter, I have been able to take advantage of the multiple tools within the creative cloud to enhance my work.

I usually plan and write a blog that meets an aspect of my creative writing plan for the three months ahead. By researching and compiling the blog content, I am able to then consider a number of ways that I can use the Creative Cloud to visualise the content I create.

With tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro, I can repurpose and create original content with a series of powerful tools at my fingertips.

Incredible Infographics

As a Freelance SEO Copywriter, I know how important visual content can be to add to the Search Engine Optimisation of any website. The ability of Adobe Illustrator to create compelling infographics to both visualise and illustrate content is amazing.

Any author who has an author blog can easily use the tools within Adobe Illustrator to create infographics to visualise a previously written blog and add image SEO to their article.
Promotional Posters

When attending author events and readings, it is important to be able to promote my attendance both in digital and traditional print formats.

By using the Creative Cloud, any author or writer can compose posters and fliers very simply using programmes like InDesign and Illustrator.

The freedom one has when compiling these promotional materials is excellent as an author or writer.

In conclusion, I would recommend that authors and writers use the Adobe Creative Cloud to enhance their digital and print profiles. I know I have definitely been able to advance my profile as an author by doing so.
