Client: Culture Trip

I was commissioned by Culture Trip to produce two maps. The first was displayed at a 3 day event that studied the culture, creativity and community of the three Soho neighbourhoods found in London, New York and Hong Kong. I was tasked with creating the map for London. It was a great project to be a part of and I even managed to sneak Mary Poppins into the map.
The second was a 3D birds eye view of San Fransisco with accompanying spot illustrations. This was a challenge for me as, although I sometimes have three-dimensional illustrations in my maps, I have never designed an entire map from that perspective before! I also produced six small spot illustrations for the following spreads, picking out places from the map in the same eye-popping culture trip colour pallet.
