This is a quick little project i did over a weekend. The idea was to combine the style, colour and mood of the painter Edward Hopper with the mugwump creature from David Chronenburg's film Naked Lunch because i thought they would blend very well together and make an interesting image. I imagine the mugwump has entered this quiet cafe bar and is creeping out the serve staff with bizarre conversation and sleazy business proposals.
