This is a story about Kristoffer "Stoffe" Berg. Head of creativity at restaurang APO and Supperfamiljen in Sweden and a global food traveler, pendling between Stockholm and Los Angeles. A normal day in Stoffes life is about flavors, colors, feelings and making is surrounding into a dish.
