The main objective was to design a cultural building that is inserted in a poor neighborhood of the city of Caracas, Venezuela. Which serves as urban regenerator and includes public space and multifunctional spaces to be used by the community.
The successful solution takes in consideration the conditions of design that the place demands and the architectural aspects that would allow the recovery of the social conviviality, and in consequence, the creation of the way to connect the city.Ā In other words, the way to reach the urban integration.
The architectural features are related to the way in which the use of space is encouraged, how spaces of opportunity are created, porous spaces and adaptable to the context.
