Wild Snow is a new company that is created by passionate skiers with experience in instructing that want to offer unique experiences on ski fields that are not very known in New Zealand.

They are very well known in their local mountain and people already trust their ability and their gut about where and when to go.

As UX I learned about their business and the products that they were planning to offer. I also learned their assumptions about their users, and did my own user research to validate those assumptions and the opportunities, and learn about the goals, motivations and the relationship that their users have with snow and travelling.
