I made this illustration after the release date of Jay Electronica featuring JayZ in his debut album It Was Written.

This was my reference photo for the illustration.

I then started sketching out a stylized sketch of them.

And this is the final outcome of the artwork.

Since my intention was to pay homage to the album, I still maintained the album cover elements with the photo of the Trees and lake.
