Glyph Alphabet - media was black and white plaka ink
Problem: was to create a successful glyph alphabet by creating a set of guidelines, use form/counterform, and shapes.
2 Color Print - media was metallic block red and black inks on Hahnemühle style paper (German paper)
Problem: cut into linoleum floor tile to create a design and run through a manual print press. 2 different linoleum cuts were used for each ink treatment
Sepia Print - media was liquid varnish, acid treatments, and metal rectangle
Problem: Etch a design onto the metal surface and create prints on a print press.
Metallic Ink Print - media metallic black block ink and wood carving tools
Problem: Create a design on a woodblock through the use of hand carving tools and then print by running it through print press.
