Teeth modification is a book about the practice of dental change by different cultures throughout several moments in history.
The design is jovial, simple and appeals to one's curiosity. The book's organisation starts with a world map, where, using colour gradients the 12 locations are pointed out. This map also serves as an index, showing the decreasing popularity of each of these styles. An illustration was made for each of these modifications, which, together with a short text, facilitates the comparison of styles and offers a view of the context in which they were created.
