The purpose behind Alive Poster is to motivate people to overcome their personal obstacles and fight their fears, even if what they are experiencing becomes too overwhelming. I utilized a dynamic treatment for the type logo, as well as an angular grid along with moving the type logo around it in order to give the design a sense of motion and action. In terms of color, I selected green which is based on the concept of a heart screen monitor. The design reflects the idea in relation to it being ‘alive’ by illustrating the lifeline appearing green and black on the screen. Furthermore, my intention in using the black background in my design was to make my type logo stand out and be the main focus of the poster design.
