Redesign of the MSC Cruise Website.

The idea is that of attracting talented individuals to choose MSC Cruises for their next career move and support the growth plans of the company. Target generations are Millennial and Generation Z. 
MSC SEA is an acronym meant to convey the company's core values in a simple and easy to remember format. Sharing, Environment, Achieve. 
Having an App is key in the world of technology and digital marketing. Providing an app allows applicants to see jobs, check application status, apply and find out more of the unique perks to MSC while staying in one place. Both the website and app will allow their users to filter their ideal jobs not only in a traditional way (eg. location, benefit, salary, required experience) but also in a more dynamic way that talks to the core values of the applicants (e.g. interests in languages, sports, travel, cultures).
On top of a website and mobile application, a social media Ad campaign can create traffic to the MSC website and career page. Many Millennials and Generation Z are more likely to find something through social media than through direct traffic. 
CONCLUSION
The proposed redesign and solutions are able to bring a younger generation to MSC. One that has often been known to value authenticity over the many facades that are thrown upon them in the job market.
