Manufacturing matters to the people and communities of Washington state. More than a quarter of a million people go to work in manufacturing jobs every day. The sector sustains our state. As Washington's manufacturing association, AWB celebrates our state's manufacturers with a week-long bus tour every October. As AWB's lead photographer, I document this tour over 12-hour-days, dozens of stops and thousands of miles. After returning home, I put together a photo book with facts and faces I captured along the way. Manufacturers build our future in Washington, and at AWB, we're honored to tell their stories.
