Twin Wolf Female Breastplate
A second armour from my workshop. This one I made for myself as a practice for female armours for the Witcher School LARP. I designed the wolves pattern exclusively for this breastplate. I decided to go with mixed pattern to try out some realistic figure carving too.
I wanted some small battle damege and atiquing. The chainmail I also made myself from gun metal gray rings. The whole thing is stitched together with black thong lace to imitate viking style armours. I designed it so it would be comfortable and moderately light. The black rabbit fur is removable for warmer days. I am very happy about the result.
The breastplate is made out of 9oz. vegetable leather. Hand-dyed with Mahogany, Dark Brown and Black gel antiques. Rivets, eyelets and chainmali are in gun metal gray color.
