In Chapter One, Designing Stories of Our Lives: An Exploration of Interdisciplinary Teaching, Lelania Sperrazza, an instructor in the Collegeof Arts and Sciences, and Clément Vincent, an assistant professor in theCollege of Architecture, Art and Design, offer insight into aninterdisciplinary course they developed and taught in the 2011-2012academic year. Through their collaborative, on-going discussions theytake the reader through the rationale, development and implementation of the course.
